we savor an assortment of healthy teas.
Many specialized "healthy" teas are now available.
Many of these are decaffeinated and organic versions
of the various tea types. A choice of tea varieties
is perfect for afternoon tea or a simple tea party.
Studies
with green tea in animals has shown it can subdue arthritis.
Green tea, already lauded for its cancer fighting ability,
may also protect against certain autoimmune disorders,
new research implies. Green teas suppress the expression
of antigens made by the body, substances that can activate
an immune response. EGCG, a substance found in green
tea is known to suppress inflammation.

The UK government has today (18 May) announced a GBP50m (US$79m) deal to sell British pork to China, as part of wider plans to boost trade for British food and farming businesses. Asda, the UK's second-largest retailer, has reported "market-leading growth" in early weeks of 2012.
