Many of these are decaffeinated and organic versions
of the different tea types. A choice of tea varieties
is perfect for tea time or a simple tea party.
Studies
with green tea in animals has shown it can repress arthritis.
Green tea, already extolled for its cancer fighting ability,
may also protect against certain autoimmune diseases,
new research implies. Green teas inhibit the expression
of antigens made by the body, substances that can set off
an immune response. EGCG, a substance found in green
tea is known to suppress inflammation.

What a wonderful week we had at Centre Parcs. We arrived in the cold on Monday lunchtime to have coffee and croissants (oh its such a hard life) followed by a leisurely dip in the pool. Toby was, of course, the star (excuse the pun) – he was dressed in black with silvers stars [...]
