Many specialized "healthy" teas are now available.
Many of these are decaffeinated and organic variations
of the respective tea types. A selection of tea varieties
is perfect for afternoon tea or a simple tea party.
Research
with green tea in animals has shown it can reduce arthritis.
Green tea, already extolled for its cancer fighting ability,
may also protect against certain autoimmune diseases,
new research indicates. Green teas subdue the expression
of antigens made by the body, substances that can trigger
an immune response. EGCG, a substance found in green
tea is known to suppress inflammation.

Arla Foods amba has announced plans to merge with dairy farmer co-operative Milk Link in a deal that would create the UK's largest dairy group. Dairy giant Arla Foods has announced a proposed merger with Germany's eighth largest dairy co-operative, Milch-Union Hocheifel (MUH).
